What is so unique in Om Prakash Ji that we are sharing his story?

The stories of his childhood were related to the City of Love and the 7th wonder of the world, the Taj Mahal situated there.

We can say that he is a man with high self-esteem and sincerity as he told us about his job. He said that I am a watchman, and this is not a small job for me. I have always been self-reliant, and so after retiring, I did not need anyone's support or pity and decided to do this job.

I am working in rawatpara for two years. Before that, I used to work as a watchman in Shyam Ji's temple. For the first time in my life, I was proud of my job that someone wanted to know about my struggles and story? Otherwise, most people turn their backs to his face the moment they see him. Maybe never before today was he this exhilarated while narrating the story of his life.

If you ask me about the Taj Mahal. In complete truth I want to tell you that when I used to go to see the Taj Mahal during my childhood, I didn't get tickets, now I have started taking tickets. So with time, there has been a lot of new changes in Agra "Pahle Agra ki batt hi kuch alg hua karti ti, ab wo batt kaha?"

I have not seen a situation like a lockdown in 70 years of life that happened last year, but I kept doing my job in lockdown, too, and it was a different journey.

Syed Faiz Ali Shah, the 40th descendant of Hazrat Muhammad ( PBHM) . He has substantially followed the legacy of his ancestors in carrying forward the essence of sufism. Sufism is as old as several other diverse cultures prevalent in the City Of Taj - Agra. It is an ancient culture that is still followed by religious people with devotion. He told us the articulate insight of sufism, the core of which is Tasawwuf - "raah jo apne sudhar aur adhyatm ki taraf le jaye" meaning "a path that leads to our betterment". He then narrated about the durgah of Hazrat Amjad Ali Shah Azhar Akbarabadi and Maikash Akbarabadi (1902-1993). This durgah is popularly known as: Dargah Panja Madrsa .
