Stories Of People Of Agra - Mishika khetrapal

S.A.P.

Stories of people of Agra conducted by Agra Aur Hum.

Mishika Khetrapal is not an ordinary woman. As we all know, people are gradually getting aware of growing plants and nurturing them at home. Mishika has loved trees and plants since childhood. She has always taken good care of plants with immense dedication.

She always wanted to remain connected to the environment and wanted to do something new for preserving the environment.

She is also an animal lover, apart from being a plant lover. Mishika Ji holds a degree of Masters in Economics from Punjab University and is a Soft Skills coach. She has worked as a  teacher in Chandigarh for a long time.

Agra being her home town she decided to do something for the natural environment here in her city.
She has done a lot of terrarium making workshops in Delhi, Noida, Chandigarh and has been focusing on working for the environment for a long time.

She believes that nothing is a waster and something or the other can be created out of it thereby creating beautiful products from the recycled waste.

And by moving through the same procedure, she has given a new trend of plant gifting and is doing a great job in this field. She taught people to gift plants instead of bouquets and expensive gifts.
With this, she is giving a useful message to people to save the environment and to preserve its beauty.

Mishika Ji has a very well designed plant studio, innovative ideas and has introduced the concept of keeping terrariums in offices, shops and homes. She helps to give a tremendous new look to the entire house with her art. She even organizes workshops to teach people the art of making terrariums.

She has made a lot of changes in the making of gift hampers and has come up with new ideas so that people can understand the importance of the environment.

"if you love a tree you will be more beautiful than before!"

He told us the articulate insight of sufism, the core of which is Tasawwuf - "raah jo apne sudhar aur adhyatm ki taraf le jaye" meaning "a path that leads to our betterment". He then narrated about the durgah of Hazrat Amjad Ali Shah Azhar Akbarabadi and Maikash Akbarabadi (1902-1993). This durgah is popularly known as: Dargah Panja Madrsa .  Syed Muhammad Ali Shah 'Maikash' Qadri Niazi was a scholar of Arabic, Pershian and Urdu.
